Local Kent catering company, Chives Caterers, hold a canapé workshop at the Venues & Events Expo South East event

Renowned for its wedding and corporate catering, Ashford-based Chives Caterers is set to join more than 100 local venue and event suppliers at the very first Venue & Events Expo at the Kent Event Centre, Detling, this May 31. The event, which aims to bring together leading suppliers & event planners from across the South East, will enable Chives Caterers to showcase its creative and beautifully crafted food to attendees via an exclusive workshop at 11am and 1pm.

 

The workshop will provide the opportunity for Chives Caterers’ expert chefs to demonstrate the intricate and methodical approach the company takes to crafting the finest canapés for corporate events with the aim to highlight the importance of matching the quality of the canapés to the company/product/event being planned.

 

Having been operating for over twenty years, the business excels at helping couples put together the very best menus for their special day, as well as supporting corporate clients in compiling dining options that will fulfil - and exceed - the expectations of delegates.
